I ordered a dress on this site and when I received the dress the beading in the center looked very cheap and was not what I was expecting based on the picture. I emailed a request to return the dress and all I received was an offer for a discount.

Why did the reject my request for a refund?? Because THEY didn't agree that the quality of the dress was cheap!! I thought customer satisfaction was important, but that obviously is not the rule at Amormoda. I will never order from there again!

Not only am I pissed that I loss money on this order, but the response I received was insulting! They basically said: not only are we keeping your money, but as a dissatisfied customer, we ask you to come back and spend more money on our cheap products to receive a discount.

Monetary Loss: $180.
